About the Society


The genesis of the Mysore IT Park Society emanated from the officers and staff members of the Mysore IT Park of Mysore, who were dreaming of having a house at Mysore, by forming a Co-operative Society. Accordingly Co-operative Society by name Mysore IT Park House Building Co-operative Society Ltd. was established under the Co-operative Societies Act, 1965. The Society started in 2014 with 200 members and having Registration No. SN41 : C-3/45264 Dated 21-08-2014 Presently it has more then One Thousand members and the number is growing.

The board of directors of Mysore IT Park House Co-operative Society are from elite group rendering their service in different industries and service organisation with a vision to uplift the housing society to high standards through Quality of work and timely execution of projects at affordable prices. The MITPHBCS has eleven board of directors and three founder promoters.

All projects have been accomplished as per regulations of Urban Development Authority and Town Planning Authority, by adopting latest Technology and Materials to ensure that only THE BEST is provided to our privileged customers. Now Mysore iT Park is being developed in about 1000 Acres of land at Janthagalli Village, Varuna Hobli, Mysuru and already is in the process of developing 1000 plus sites at Janthagalli Phase-I, Phase-II, Phase-III & Phase-IV.
